My approach is rooted in the AEDP model where we track moment by moment emotions to harness your innate healing capacity that promotes neurobiological change.
I am a trauma therapist certified in AEDP, EMDR and Complex Trauma and Disassociation.
Together we will uncover the root issues of concern and you may find that for the first time you have a sense of the ‘why’.
Many of our sessions are marked with ‘ah ha’ moments whereby you may experience the lifting of a significant burden that enables you to move forward with a sense of hope for the future.
